This is the first post on my new blog. Yay! Hopefully the first of many.
I just wanted to get something posted while I write up some real posts.
I haven't decided what all I will blog about yet. For years, I've let overthinking about that stop me from making a blog at all. If you read about blogging online, you get all kinds of information dumped on you about how to blog professionally: choosing a niche, audience, all that. Deciding what performance you want to make and how to best monetize it.
But what if you just want to blog for fun? Just to say hello? Just to have your own little place on the big ol' internet?
Have we forgotten all about fun and creative expression? Sometimes it feels that way.
